1. Does your vending company have complete liability insurance coverage, and are all of their employees bonded?
2.Are your vending company's employees covered by worker's compensation insurance?
3. Does your vending company do complete background checks, and drug screens on all of its employees for safety?
4. Does your vending company have its own vending mechanics, and stock parts for your machines to keep them up and running quickly?
5. Does your vending company have accounting software to track all cash sales and product movement for your machines?
6. Can your company provide state of the art services such as credit card readers, remote monitoring of machines, and guaranteed delivery systems?
7. How long has your company been in business and do they have enough backup personnel to make sure your account is serviced if your route person is out of commissions?
8. Is your company a member of the National Automatic Merchandising Association, and the Arizona Automatic Merchandising Council?
9. Can your company give you references for other businesses they service, and are they members of the better business bureau and the chamber of commerce?
10. Does your company respond quickly to repair requests, and can you get through to someone after hours?
